Who we are
This website is operated by Nezik Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 55 662 892 711), trading as Data Forge (“Data Forge”, “we”, “us”). We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the details you enter, which may include your name, email address, business name, phone number and the message you send us.
Our hosting and infrastructure providers may keep standard server logs of visits to this site, such as an IP address, browser type and the pages requested, as is usual for any website. This site does not set cookies of its own and does not run analytics or advertising tools.
How we use it
We use the information from a contact form enquiry to reply to you and follow up about the enquiry. Where you have contacted us about our services, we may also use your details to tell you about related services from Data Forge, consistent with what you would reasonably expect, and you can opt out at any time by replying to any message from us or emailing hello@dataforgeai.com.au.
Overseas storage and processing
Some of the service providers we use may store or process information outside Australia. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to see that the recipient handles the information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
How we protect it
We take reasonable steps, appropriate to the information involved, to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose we collected it for, and then take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
Access and correction
You can ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing hello@dataforgeai.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time.
